Does this vehicle automatically qualify for a 0% import-duty rate?
No, not automatically. A 0% EU import-duty rate may be available for a vehicle covered by Regulation (EU) 2026/1455 that has US origin and is imported directly into the EU. CETA may apply to a vehicle with preferential Canadian origin. Whether the requirements are met is assessed for the individual case. Please contact USCar Trader before purchase; we review the possible duty benefit and provide non-binding support. Import VAT and other costs are assessed separately.
Which generation should I import?
The 2018-onward fourth generation is the modern choice, with the 450 hp EcoBoost, 10-speed automatic and a far more advanced cabin than the 2015–2017 cars.
How reliable is the Navigator?
Comfortable and solid, with cam-phaser wear on the EcoBoost and air-suspension upkeep being the main watch points. A documented history is essential.
Navigator or Navigator L?
The standard car is already very large; the L adds cargo room behind the third row for those who need it.
Can a US Navigator be registered in Germany?
Yes, after TÜV individual approval and typical lighting and odometer adjustments.
How is it shipped from the USA?
By container or RoRo ocean freight from a US port to Bremerhaven or Rotterdam, followed by EU customs clearance.
Is USCar Trader a dealer?
No. We are an independent broker for used US vehicles and take no vehicle margin.
How can a specific Lincoln Navigator be checked from Germany?
Available VIN, title and history information can be reviewed in the vehicle profile. USCar Trader can also arrange a separately booked on-site inspection within a scope agreed in advance.
