The Telluride has a strong reliability reputation, but there are points to check. Kia has issued several recalls worth confirming as completed: a tow-hitch harness that could overheat and, in rare cases, catch fire; a roof-rack/moulding fire concern; and seat-belt pretensioner and other safety-related campaigns depending on model year.
